Returns and right of withdrawal

If you purchase as a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after the day you receive the product. To exercise this right, send a clear statement of your decision to ventasproductosonline20@gmail.com, including your order number. Sending your request before the deadline is enough.

After you notify us, you have another 14 calendar days to send the product back. Email us for return instructions and the return address.

Return costs

If you withdraw because you have changed your mind, you pay only the direct cost of return shipping. We do not charge an additional processing fee. If your product arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us: your statutory rights for goods that do not conform to the order apply at no cost to you.

Refunds

We will refund the payments received, including the cost of standard delivery to you, if any, to the same payment method used for the purchase unless you expressly agree to a different method that does not cost you anything. We will do so without undue delay and within 14 calendar days after you notify us of your withdrawal. We may wait until we receive the product or proof that you have sent it back, whichever comes first.

Order cancellation

If you wish to cancel before dispatch, email ventasproductosonline20@gmail.com within one hour of placing your order, including your order number. If your order has already been dispatched or more than one hour has passed, you can still exercise your right of withdrawal within the period stated above.
